Our returns and refund policy is fully compliant with Australian consumer law.
All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Defective products will be replaced, repaired or in some cases, refunded.

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind".
We can offer refunds where a product has been ordered in error and has not been removed from its packaging or used.
You must first contact us for a Return Authority (RA) and goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
You are responsible for arranging the return shipping and costs.

Where a product has been ordered in error and has been removed from its packaging and used, we cannot offer a full refund.
As we cannot re-sell the product as "new" we may offer to restock it.
Restock fees start at 10% of the sale value but cannot be finalised until the product has been received at our nominated warehouse and assessed.
The goods must be returned within 7 days, in new, undamaged, condition along with all accessories and original packaging.
You are responsible for arranging the return shipping and costs.

Because our products may ship from different warehouse locations, you must contact us to lodge a Return Authorisation prior to returning any goods.
Once the RA has been issued you will be given instructions as to where it must be sent.
Please note that we cannot accept returns at our office or postal addresses.
