The award-winning Matrox MXO2 family of I/O devices combine all the features of an I/O card and a breakout box in convenient form factors. Offering both desktop and laptop connectivity, they can be easily moved across the editing systems in your facility, installed in an OB van, or taken on the road.

Matrox MXO2 Mini is a high-quality capture card and a breakout box in one very affordable little device. Matrox MXO2 Mini turns a user's HDMI screen into a professional-grade video monitor with colour calibration tools including blue-only. The small, lightweight, external box is ideal for file-based workflows in a studio, on set, in the field and in OB vans. It provides HDMI, analogue component, S-Video and composite output with cross-platform support for Macs and PCs, laptops and workstations.

MXO2 Mini is also available with the Matrox MAX option for faster than realtime H.264 file encoding to turbo charge your deliveries to Blu-ray, the web and mobile devices. Matrox MXO2 Mini ships with your choice of either a desktop or laptop adapter. Additional adapters are available separately.
