Your shipment

Orders placed and fully paid before 12:00, are generally dispatched same day, for next business day delivery to most major centres throughout Australia.  We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as transport costs. We operate a flat rate shipping fee to most major centres. However, some large or heavy products may cost more to ship to some destinations outside the major centres and we reserve the right to levy additional charges in those instances. We will contact you prior to shipping if additional charges are payable. You have the option of cancelling your order if you do not accept the charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.
