Shipment cannot be effected until an order is paid in full

Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as transport costs.

We try to operate a flat rate shipping fee to most major centres and this averages out very well.

However, some large or heavy products may cost more to ship to some destinations outside the major centres and we reserve the right to levy additional freight charges in those instances.

We will contact you prior to shipping if additional charges are applicable. You have the option of cancelling your order if you do not wish to accept the charges.

Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order as some carriers will charge redilivery fees that we will be required to pass on, retrospectively. Work or Post Office box addresses are preferable. We can also arrange to deliver to your local Post Office, if you don't have a PO box.

All warranty returns must be pre-approved prior to returning goods to us. We do not accept warranty returns at our postal address. Please contact us by phone or email to make arrangements.
